Just wanted to get these up so I'm definitely in. 
I'm non-assisted and goals are to cut fat and retain as much muscle as possible.
Height: 5ft 10in
Weight 14st 8lb
Chest 36.75 in
Bust   43in
Waist 41in  (measured at belly button)
Upper arm 13.5in (relaxed)
                  14.5in (flexed)
Thigh 25in
Calf 16.75in
 
As you can probably tell I have a tendency to hold fat round my middle.  Would like to drastically reduce this, as much for health as for anything else.

                  First workout of the SUC, legs.
                  Did some full body workouts last week but this is my first leg workout for a month. (on account of a chest infection).
                  Leg press
                  Squats
                  Leg ext
                  SLDL
                  Leg curl
                  Lots of stretching.
                  The weights were very light but I'm now sitting here with very sore legs

                        Thanks for popping in.  Legs are good thanks, I like a bit of doms
                        Still managed to kick off with deadlifts on wednesday night.
                         
                        Back & Bis
                        Deadlifts (light on these, just getting back in the groove)
                        Lat pulldown
                        Seated cable row
                        ez cable curl
                        Hammer curl
                         
                        Going to be upping the weight on everything.  Happy, as I haven't lost as much strength as I thought after my layoff.
                        Tonight is Chest, Delts and Tris.

                            Chest, delts & tris last night. Chest and delts are by far my weakest bodyparts. Really want to increase strength on these.

                            Machine chest press
                            Db bench press
                            Pec flye
                            Seated db press
                            Lateral raises
                            Cable pressdowns
                            Rope extensions

                                      It was good, unfortunately no gym, far too many carbs and a huge amount of alcohol. 
                                      Back on it big time now though.  Sitting here chugging water to flush the body and then see what the damage is in a couple of days.
