Morning missis Becks, sorry to hear about the back...ouchy!..I can relate to that....hope it feels better soon  (she said lamely)...lol...Becks..could I ask a question please, your reverse flyes, do you do those weights in each hand and both at the same time? or do you do them bent over on a bench and one at once?..i can't seem to do mine at the same time, and I'm only on 7kg at the most!!!  (foooking lightweight!)...lol..hope you don't mind me asking...

Have a good weekend ...hugs for the back missis...

Thank you for the nice words everyone.
Back feeling a bit better, people at work ripping the pee!
          Lots of comments, such as:-

          I thought you were fit
Thats why I don't go to the gym
I didn't want you to look like Arnie anyway (this one from my bloke who's now nursing an injury of his own)

Still hobbling around. No weights or cardio all week. Been eating crap which doesn't help.
I'm trying to be positive as when I did this last time (hols) my lifts all went up.

          Hiya NG, hope you're good.
I have a reverse flye machine at my gym, I do both arms at once.
I want to try doing facepulls for rear delts as they (and chest) are my weakest bodypart.

NG if you do them like you are face on an incline bench and do them right, you shouldn't be  able to lift too heavy, they're only an 'ikkle muscle.

Did 45 mins walk this morning, too nice a day to be stuck on an exercise bike.
Back didn't really like this very much however.

Understand about back problems.  Just try some small walks first on level ground and gently increase.  This is what I did. I know it's horrible when you want to train but you are going to have to take it easy weather you like it or not (sorry hun).  Hoping for a speedy recovery for you lots of hugs and support from us all x

It's probably better than you think Becks.

The important question is has there been any backcombing and hairspray involved in the photo prep - if not i think us mere mortals don't stand a chance next to Tony Barnet

Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

                                    Here's mine

                                    " border="0" />

Sorry, don't know how to do comparisons.  If anyone could put the original pics next to these that would be brilliant.  There are subtle changes, but a bit too subtle for my liking.

Its an incentive though to make sure I stick at it when you see what other shape uppers have achieved.

I can see a definite change. Belly is clearly smaller as is the torso under your bra straps in the back shot.

In a minute i'll check those links and put them side by side for you.

I hope you washed those undies in the 12 weeks !
