Hiya, definitely right up for this after last years injury spattered nightmare.
 
Am currently just under the heaviest I've ever been and I'm thoroughly unhappy with myself.
 
Height: 5ft 10inch
Weight: 14st 3lb
Unassisted
Cutting
 
Goals are to reduce my waist measurement and overall bodyfat, if I can add a little muscle while doing this that will be brilliant.
 
Measurements and piccies up tomorrow.

    Measurements are as follows:-
     
    Weight- 14st 3lb
    Height-  5ft 10inches
     
    Chest-43 inches
    Waist-41 inches
    Upper Arm-12 3/4 inches
    Thigh-22 3/4 inches
    Calf-16 3/4 inches
     
    Time for the dreaded snaps

     

     

     
    Workouts will be 3x weights workouts followed by 20 mins cardio and
                               3x 45 mins s/s cardio per week.

        In theory a max of 2 cheat meals a week but aiming for 1.

          Cool Sounds smart. Just keep at it. I allways find doing cardio or double cardio the day after the cheat helps :-)

          I honestly couldnt really say, All i can say is go with the planned diet/cal intake and monitor and adjust if your not shifting weight then reduce intake /and/or/ up cardio.

                Yay, first session of cardio for a fair while.  Shattered.
                600 calories burned off, many thousands to go.
                Good to get started though.

                Back on the weights tomorrow.

                          Cable curl    12x2
                          Cable pressdown 12x3
                          Cable kickback  8x2

                                  Thanks for the encouragement Redhotf. Don't know about the shape-up crown but I would be well pleased with some noticeable levels of improvement.

                                        45 minutes on bike this morning, legs seriously killing from yesterday.
                                        Average heart rate 126
                                         
                                        Believe it or not this is the first time i've tried fasted cardio. usually do it after work, felt tough going.
                                         
                                        Back and shoulders tomorrow and cheat meal
                                         
                                        I'm edging towards a KFC with homemade corn bread but plans could change.
                                        Will post up morning weigh in results also. Scary stuff
