Nah, don't want to tax digestion more than the shake. Could make pancakes with banana/punt butter topping tho? :-)xx

peanut butter sludge peanut butter i would say around 30-40g should do it 1 protien shake with water add a little bit of shake to the peanut butter in a glass, bowl etc mix it should come to a thick paste you then have a thick sludge to eat and a shake to drink sorted and you can use it for cutting so dont worry

I think cottage cheese or yogurt is a good idea. If meat is available then i suggest you to go for it! Turkey’s a solid source of protein and isn't as heavy as beef but it’s your call both of them are good.

top idea mick, i usually turn to a pancake when id rather eat something over drinking a shake.
Hazard a touch of narcissism without shame. There is no room for junk food in any diet whatsoever, leave the junk in the bin.

Can't believe folks haven't mentioned quark yet! Mix some sugar free jelly in with a tub and you're on to a winner. Recently I've been experimenting with the stuff, and making a kind of rice pudding concoction by mixing a tub of quark, some honey, blueberries and 250g of cold rice. Lovely! I've also tried quark on porridge with the same, and alpro hazelnut drunk (was only £1 for 1 litre at Sainsbury's!) instead of milk in it. Quite tasty!
