Beef Magazine Gutted

I competed in the BNBF central show  July last year and placed 1st in the lightweights it was one of my biggest acheivements and couldnt wait to see the write/ show pics in the Beef mag it took 5 months to put it in the mag and when i found out it was in there i shoot off in to town to buy it  to find out i wasnt even  a single pic and a photo of someone else.

Gutted lol.

Was hoping to have a copy to show my kids when they was older of what i have done. i plan on competing sometime in the future will have to make sure i win again to get my 5mins of fame so to speak.

Unlucky, thats a bit harsh really, considering you placed first.
But as you say, good motivation to work just as hard for the next one!

That's a strange one mate. Did you mean they've got someone elses photo with your name on?

I think he means the final line up picture im guessing wasnt even featured.

Deffo odd if you came first in the class...even less organised if its taken 5 fcukin months to get a write up published!

There wasnt any pic and above the write up of my class was a pic of someone else didnt have my name on it. There was a pic of 2nd place that had his name on.

The write up was accurate tho it said i had good overall balance good shape to my legs but needs more condition on my legs,

i did bring better legs to the stage but seemed to lose a little condition but will keep aiming to improve my ams and quads.

I had my diet and supplement plan done by James Coiller owner of MT i would suggest finding someone closer to home to do your prep he did all my diets sheets rite up to the show just followed what he said.

I have a comp journal in the bodybuilding comp section on muscletalk it has all my diet info in but if you want to know more PM me and good luck.

its bad really was that ukbff show?

I compete for myself and get great results which is better than any trophy but it would be nice to get alittle back not much to ask a small pic or a write up about a show. Never mind.

i appreciate what the beef is trying to do.

however IMO it has so much potential yet is wasted.

that sucks, i remember dashing out to buy the BEEF mag when i was in it as they had pretty good coverage of the show.

hopefully they will have better coverage in any other shows that you do, sorry to read bud
