            Still 186.6lb i think because i wasn't well i lost the weight so when i got better it was quite hard to maintain it i slipped back up to 188.2lb for a while :( all good again now though!
            Gutted was supposed to be seeing James today and i always get dead excited when I know that I have lost but bf didn't leave me enough money for train fare so I can't go :( I am hoping James can do tomorrow though!

              185.4lb this morning :) saw James yesterday in the end! really glad I did too injected that little bit more motivation i think :)
               
              I have a new berry smoothie in my diet too, had it for the first time after my morning cardio this morning it is quite bitter but very refreshing all the same :) yum yum! this must be doing some good stuff for my insides! lol
              need to read up more about it when the little one goes to sleep
               
              And I don't know what I have done to my ankle it was swollen and bruised a couple of days ago when I was training my legs ( no idea how i did it) and today I can hardly walk on it, was OK on the spin bike less pressure on it i suppose but ouch :(

                Hope everyone had a good Christmas and a Happy New Year to all!!
                 
                I put 3lb on over christmas/ the past week as we went to Glasgow for the week- there is no excuse!. But lost it all again :) back on track to see James next week on Friday probably. 185.8lb atm but to see James I will be,yes WILL BE 180lb :)

                    OMG!! I haven't been on here for so long!
                    I have started weight training again not done it in a while :(
                    Lost quite a lot of strength :(
                    Working full time again too, quite proud of myself I would get in from a 12 hour shift do the housework, look after Callum get him bathed and ready for bed then weight train then cardio then meals then more housework very busy stuff!!
                     
                    I am struggling to do my morning cardio it is all good on a day off but when I am doing 7-7 I am simply too tired!! I can never get to bed before midnight! I make up for it in the night though..instead of 20 mins cardio after weight training I will often do an hour jut to try and make up for it. I still walk to work but it is now a short 10-15 minute walk.
                     
                    Difficult to fit my meals in the right places too, I hardly get breaks at work and when I do it is 5 mins eat quick and back on when its too busy you don't get one :(
                     
                    Other than that I am doing my best and James is helping me fit my meals in with my difficult new job/routine so all good!

                        Making me want it more though and work harder, I am a firm believer in the harder you work more chance you will succeed!

                        Not been loosing nearly as much since I have got back into training but James said it is probably because I am building muscle, so can only be a good thing :)
                         
                        Not getting on here nearly as much as I would like to, but atleast I am staying motivated! Thank you for your continued support everyone

                          Exactly! Your abs start to feel tighter, you're standing taller you can feel your body working how it should, muscles contracting as they should will each step, then you look at your reflection and... WTF!!!???!!!

                                I'm here :)
                                I am back Part time this week wooooooooooooooohooooooooooooooooooo :)
                                Think I am 13st 3lb at the moment which isn't great because when I last saw James I was 13st 4lb/ 13st 3lb but I am straight back on hard and heavy now I am not doing so many hours at work, that was exhausting!! :) More time to come on here again too (everyday) heehee :)
                                Will probably update tomorrow :)

                                  Still the same weight struggling to get back into it the way i used to be :-( doing my cardio and doing my diet half hearted bit i need to do it religiously again i made progress like that :-)
