Hiya
I am new to the forum but have had a bad past of giving up diets n weight training for about 3 years on and off but recently went to see James on here and will see him every 2 weeks to help me stay on track.

On the 27th September when James weighed me I was 214lbs now 6 days later I am 205.2lbs.
Long way to go but this time I am sure I will get there!

I am on a very low carb diet atm, 2 pieces of fruit per day unless I am on a weight training day 3 pieces and a 20g protein shake and 1 lot of veg eveyday.

I feel really tired but it only motivates me more coz i know it means its working! :)

45 mins cardio every morning too makes ya feel really good and ready for the day

Hi abi...I hate to say it but thats a crazy diet and even crazier weightloss, you ever heard of a saying the more you eat the more you lose?I think to be honest that your losing weight far too quickly which will result in losing muscle tissue...It's gotta be...9lb in 6 days with hardly any food?!?!?thats mad but I'm sure other members will agree.

Sorry I didn't mention that I have got a load of chicken and tuna/eggs etc
James has made the diet up for me, and he is really good and supportive.
      I would recommend him! :)

and then 45 mins cardio on an empty stomach everyday
weight training 4 times per week with 20 mins cardio straight after weight training
and I might be wrong but isn't it water that comes of first?

Ok thats a little better, could still do with a little more in there maybe and yes it is water that tends to drop off 1st.

Abi sees me as a face-to-face client and is incredibly keen to lose weight, but needs continual motivation.  I suggested a journal to help motivate her.

So, please help keep her motivated!

Weight loss has slowed down a little now, was 203.6lb yesterday and this morning I was 203.2lb :( I knew it was going to slow down soon but I didn't want it to happen so soon!

15lb lost now :) very hungry but keeping it up and exercising hard :)
Gotta be honest I have probably over done it with the exercise somedays, doing 30 mins cardio instead of 20 after weight training and I have also done extra 30 mins on top of what i needed to do at night, it's a little addictive!

I hope so this time! this is the longest I think I have ever stuck to a diet (and I work in a kitchen where there is temptation all around!) So quite confident I can do it this time :) x

Treated myself today to a muller rice yoghurt, and it has been on my mind since gonna do extra cardio tomorrow to burn it off!! That will teach me for doing that again!! Bring on tomorrow!! :)
