definatly a great weight with good reps for 1 years training. but i wouldnt say exceptional considering weighs 126kg. theres a guy at my gym benching 190kg at 19 years old and never touched gear in his life and weighs around 18 stone. thats exceptional

Err as he's only 19 I should hope he has 'never touched gear in his life'. He aint been alive that long.

I couldn't agree more. But I have, alas, known far too many teenagers whose impatience has led them into such folly.

it was figure of speach, but i meant hes never used gear, not even once. his squat and deadlift arent as good as bench. 220kg deadlift and 240kg squat. not sure why he stronger at squat, but he is.

Again, even 'not even once' is still right and proper for a 19 year old.

^^^^

Thats impressive.

Maybe as he gets a little older and his confidence grows he might compete then. It seems a shame not to given his talents.
