Yep have used BBW's cissus and have noticed an improvement, when I had a sore hamstring tendon. The missus felt the benefit too with her knee and continues to use it. They're the cheapest to I think.

I believe that joint support is one of the most neglected and most important supplements out there. I use Animal Flex as it gives good dosages of all the joint supps (chondroitin, glucosamin, msm etc) and since ive been on it I havent felt any pains on my joints and especially on the knee which used to hurt

Cheers guys, Has anybody used Cissus in the long term? It seems that side effects on long term use are not readily available.

Am considering this one as well. If I took Cissus or a product like Flex, what else could I stack onto it to maximize nutrition on every angle?

You aren't breaking rules if I've explicitly asked and I can't imagine Kieran's going to be offended. Is it Forged Joint Repair? I did have a look at this product but it's a prop blend so no idea how you're taking of each ingredient. I'd rather just buy them seperately from a bulk supplier.

Glucosamine HCL Chondroitin Marine sourced. Cissus 10-11% Fish Oils Collagen. Pain is sporadic or can be so pain can come and go so you need to try these for a few months imo.
An Alterego is a paradoxical escape.

I've never used glucosamine or chrondtriton, I've found cissus quadrangularis to be very good for the tendons in my elbow whenever they have flared up, I'm wondering if adding the former will help also. Interesting. By the way to the OP or anyone considering using cissus, be warned that in powder form it tastes like a cross between cold coffee and stagnant sewage water. Not a problem for me because I have a bizarre palette and I don't actually mind it (but I like the taste of BCAAs for gods sake), but just be warned!

You're just bizarre in general and need to be put down. I was taking just Cissus but included 2000mg of glucosamine a day (quite cheap from Iron Science) and I think it has made things better with my elbows. Only hurts on the negatives when doing above 80% 1RM on the bench (and then I can't do anything else for the rest of the session involving my elbows!).

Enfant - just because I have a bizarre palette and a penchant for bizarre 'adult exploits', doesn't mean I am bizarre in general... oh wait it probably does! Your situation sounds similar to mine. Benching seems to aggravate my elbows the most, particularly at the bottom of the ROM, when my elbows are at their most flexed. Is it the same for you?

You are a dirty bastard. Yeah it is the same. The pain increases as I lower the bar and at the bottom I can feel myself grimacing. It probably helps the concentric movement because my body is like "ARGH GET THIS OFF ME!".
