Something of an interest of mine. I will only speak of legal ways to improve cognitive function. Although stimulants are an obvious route for many I prefer a non-stimulant approach.

For me this means a combination of:

1. Krill/Fish Oil - Go with half dose of krill compared to fish
2. Alcar
3. DMAE

Start with that and keep things simple. Assess effectiveness after 2-4 weeks before exploring adding other items.
