Best place to buy liquid egg whites!

As the title says - where is the best place to buy liquid egg whites ?

Cheaper to buy eggs and seperate them yourself IMO........£1.25 for 15 eggs.

The prices are just too high now the justify the convenience imo.

There used to be an MT sponsor that sold and delivered them to you in chilled packs. Well priced too.

i get them all the time, liquid egg whites are very convenient, i love making massive omelettes with them as the equivalence of egg whites in protein for grams compared to chicken etc is reaaaaally filling!!

That's one thing I just can't do!
MP do them but yeah they don't ship them outside the UK I believe.
@Steveo1982 I've used MP's LEW's and they are perfect and I often do contemplate getting them again but the price is a bit much imo. I can get cooked roast chickens in morrisons for £3.50p! Get the meat off, tupperware them and stick them in the fridge. Probably more convenient than LEW's.

How would real egg whites either from a full egg or in liquid form compare to a few scoops of egg white powder from somewhere like mp ?
 
Just wanted something to chuck in with my morning shake or my oats really to boost protein content.

Never tried down the hatch. Too slimy.
 
They mix wonderful in a shake though with some oats and one scoop of flavoured whey (or nesquik or whatever). They make it really creamy and lushous!
 
The only ones I can get in Ireland are like dunnes stores. They are call "two chicks egg whites". around 4 euro for 500 ml so very expensive. ! would happily pay it only they have a thickening agent added (to make it easy to whip them etc) which means after even a split second in the blender they turn solid!

Make sure it's a flavoured version! Again quite expensive. Optimum Nutrition do one which www.bodybuildingwarehouse.co.uk sell. Never had it but some reviews mention flatulence well it is eggs! Lol
Have thought about egg powder myself but fresh eggs still are cheaper and more beneficial imo.

Just having a search through to see if any UK supermarkets sell liquid egg whites.
 
I thought one of the big chains would sell them?

I can get 30 large eggs for £2.79
