Best type of cardio/excersise for weight loss

I have got a pretty good diet sorted and I have been following a full body workout 3 times a week, I have lost 2 pounds whilst my lifts have been going up. I usually do 20 mins worth of HIIT after a weights session on the excersise bike. I want to start doing some cardio in the morning to really boost the weight loss, what kind of cardio should I do on days where I don't go to the gym? Im thinking of just going of a medium speed (8km/h) jog for around 45mins 3 times a week on days off from the gym

Tell you what I find as a good fat burner (I've lost a 1st, 1lb in a month following this) is: Running machine Incline 10 Speed 3.5 Time 10mins Incline 12 Speed 3.8 Time 10mins Incline 13.5 Speed 4.0 Time 10mins Total: 30mins Its a decent pace walk, but you're constantly on an incline, so it tends to work you a lot harder. I'm literally dripping when I've finished.

boxing in morning for 30-45mins done and then 20 mins HIIT after weights do 30 fast,30 slow do this for 20 mins and your done

Do whatever you enjoy doing. It's only a means to burn calories. If doing it first thing, fasted, I would advise low intensity. I think 8km/h would be too fast and agree with rstaniforth that a fast paced walk would sufice? Reason for this is to higher intensity could llead to muscle loss when fat loss is the aim. If doing it non fasted then what you suggested would be fine or as above, some sort of interval training would be good.

okay thanks for the advice guys, Im going to start of with 3 days a week fasted sscv in the morning probably on non gym days and then on gym days I'm going to continue with 20 mins hiit after a weights workout. I think cardio will be the key to good weight loss for me because I have not been doing much cardio except for after weights and have lost 2pounds in 2 weeks whilst gaining strength, hopefully with sscv in the morning i can get a consistent 2 pounds a week

Elliptical is great to use. Its pretty much combining biking and running into one. If your gym has a moving rock wall jump on that, it will have you burning fat in no time.

The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion.

I just do as much as I possibly can, whenever I can 6 days a week. When watching tv I do star jumps during the adverts( much to the annoyance of my wife), I have to walk up 2 flights of stairs at work so I now do that twice.. Up, down, then up again.. Parking 10 min walk away when ever i go anywhere Etc I know it sounds very OTT but it's been working so am gona continue

I have been going with the P90 & P90x recently, it's expensive but I bought mine on eBay for half the price. In a nutshell the exercises last between 20secs to 30secs, basic stuff with no equipment needed, have a look on Youtube and you'll see the type of stuff they do.
