My ex used to take scales to restaurants. In fact one very posh place she went frequently for dinner with friends she took them and they refused to serve her after a while. In the end the owner became more understanding and allowed it.She doesnt do it now but shes still highly OCD about how veg is cooked,if any oil or salt is used. She doesnt compete either.(Were not together now).

Loads of hard work and dedication , i admire all people who have a goal and reach it .
If people are happy in there own lives thats whats important.

All those negative comments about someone who is just doing something that ov makes them happy.
They should look at themselves and make positive changes of their own rather than hammering others who follow their dreams or goals.
            Rant over ha

Maybe - I guess there's be oils in it which would bang up the cals.  I could believe it as Rene does a lot of cardio too.

Rene is great for this sport - with her and Lisa Cross, things are really moving forward for female bodybuilding in the UK.
