However for taste, I've always had a soft spot for Myofusion by Gaspari, but I'm also a fan of Reflex. Saying that, I've used BBW, MP, Maxi-raw, CNP in the past and always got on with them too. I love the smell of steak in the morning...

I'm now using Syntrax Matrix 5.0 & it tastes gorgeous!

MP cookies & cream is too sickly for me, as is their toffee one. Im not mad keen on their flavours but i use them alot due to convenience, price & range of supps.
Love the Nutrisport 90+ chocolate but i heard recently they altered the flavour & it wasnt as nice??
Best ive had tho was a sample of USN muscle fuel anobolic in chocolate flavour. Gonna try either Iron Science or Matrix next.

As some of the brand the percentages are very low. I would say anything over 70% is a protein shake (that's my personal opinion) If we include all then my answers of course will differ. www.ugm.org.uk

STEAK from the local butchers - yes it is good

Whey Protein - reflex every time -Choc mint or banana, tried the deluxe banoffee and that was lovely too - and yes it was good

not sure what you mean by "was it any good though"??
