On chest day you do 7 chest and 7 arm exercises??? Way too many exercises in each day IMO. For me if I did this split I would do, (just as a basic idea): Chest/Arms Flat BB Bench Incline DB Bench Weight Dips Curls Back Chins Deadlifts Rows Legs/Shoulders Squats Lunges SLDL Calf Raises Military Press / Push Press Something along those lines, cut out all the duplicated and isolation exercises to a min. CV I would do on a seperate day.

Woah that's some serious volume you got there, to put it mildly. As Griff said you're doing far far too much, plus also if you've listed the exercises in the order you do them then you've got problems there too. Griff's suggestion is solid, although my preference would be to do chins after deads & rows, plus I'd do curls on 'back' day & mil press on 'chest' day i.e. a push/pull/legs split.

As has been suggested. Cut exercices and foucs volume on a few lifts per bodypart or movement patern dependent on your goals. As a rugby player foucs your training on getting better at; squats, deadlift, power cleans, OHP, and rows. Add in some other assistance lifts. CV is good to do but you also need to fit in some sprint/interval work instead of 3 steady state CV sessions a week.
