Right ive been looking forward to this for ages ive put on some good mass over 2009 and now its time to consolidate my gains and get my abs back. If im honest ive not had my abs out properly for ages and its about bloody time to get them back. Im not taking any hostages this time they are coming out by hook or crook! Im going on a lads holiday at the end of the shape up so i wanna be in tip top condition for that.

Goals: To lean out and get good muscle definition including abs, also im looking to put on some muscle size.

^^ I have chosen these compounds as the are perfect for my goals but to maximise the effects i really need to stick to my diet.

Diet Plans: 7:30 4iu of HGH and then 20 Mins Cardio (Spin Bike)
The HGH will help free up even more fatty acids which can be used as fuel whilst doing cardio
Now what i plan to do is not have any carbs until 10:30am which will force my body to burn more
fat as the body has to burn fat in the final transition when converting protein to energy.
(People have had different views on my protein being converted to energy = fat burn theory but theres only one way to find out!)
8:00 50 Grams Myofusion Protein in water
9:00 1 Chicken Fillet or Tin of Tuna/Mackerel
10:30 Chicken Sandwich on brown bread with mayo light/chicken and rice + Handful of Nuts
1:00 Salmon, Tuna and Chicken with pasta and salad pepper and some salad creme. Coffee with sweetener and milk
3:00 ^ Small portion of above or Chicken and potatoes
4:45 30 Grams of Myofusion in water (only if hungry)
5:45 10 Mins Cardio warm up and then weights
7:30 Sit in Hydro with Shake 50 Grams of Myofusion
8:00 Stir Fry with Noodles or Rice and Veg with 500g of Chicken/Beef/Lamb/Fish olive oil and handful of nuts (Split between 2 meals)
9:30 Small portion of whats left from above ^^
11:00 30 Grams of Milecular Caesin
11:30 Vitamins and bed
^^ Will be mixing diet about and including some more EFA's etc this is just a basic write up of my proposed diet.
