Sorry my mistake. I've calcualted it on the whole egg including the yoke. You are looking at about 4g of protein per egg white, average egg as around 7.5g including yoke but slightly more in the white. So 15 egg whites is only 60g so not so much a bargain source of protein.

Also cashews and almonds by the kg for about a fiver, love the place! One other thing if you can't get to bookers in tesco if you go to the 'make your own salad' bit they have plain tuna, and you can fit a lot into one of the large trays which are £2.50 - not a bad option on-the-go!

Yes forgot all about the Tuna... because I have gone off Tuna lol Bought a BIG tub of prawns in brine for about £8 too and 12 Tines Of John west Pink salmon - 413g - £20 Boookers in cambridge is quite small, compared to others apparently, but still big enough for me to over spend :)

^ Really when was that? My parents had to give their business address and proof as far as I remember to even set up an account EDIT on their site To trade at Booker Wholesale you must be a business or charity. Membership is free. Visit your local Booker branch and pass the completed card to the receptionist who will register you.

Not sure if it varies by branch but this is certainly NOT the case at the Slough branch - was a real ballache getting a card when we started up as they need a passport photocopy and 2 utility bills at the business address. On a plus note they had a special on the frozen chicken breasts yesterday - 5kg for under £20 which is around 20-25 breasts

The place I have been using westingourmet.co.uk is doing special offers on bodybuilding packs - particularly protein ones which I found to be pretty affordable: Gourmet protein pack: 5kg australian 100 day rump (22 8oz steaks), 5kg chicken breast fillets (at least 22 chicken fillets) - £99.50 10kg chicken protein pack: 2 x 5kg packs of chicken fillets (44)- £54.25 20kg chicken protein pack: 4 X 5kg packs of chicken fillets (88) - £99 I have been buying the 5kg pack mainly and the meat is pretty decent

Not the cheapest protein source i know, just a change from the usual sources, Tescos have Youngs King Prawns 250g (17g protein per 100g) for £3 instead of £6.
