asda do golden linseeds 300g for £1.04 which isnt to bad in comparison with places like holland and barret who charge about £4-£5 per 50g.

Tesco Tikka Sliced Chicken £2 for 464g, also do plan sliced for same price, good if your on move, pre-cooked and sliced

morrisons were doing BOGOF on tinned red salmon last week, not certain they still are.

low fat natural yogurt 38p a tub from asda cant get better than that tastes really nice too

Sainsbury's have got John west Tuna chunks in brine 4 x 185g pack on offer buy 2 for £5.00

Tesco - 4 tin pack of tuna, b.o.g.o.f for 4 pound something

10 kg of Basmati rice in LIDL for £9.19. Works out great value if you eat a load of rice coz it keeps well providing it is stored correctly

asda have big tins of john west red salmon normally £2.96 down to £1!!! i bought 10

also packets of bachelors savoury rice, normally 52p each, 5 for £1! i bought 25 lol
