The Destroyer This stuff is ace for the price! However it's limited to 6 packs per customer! I have a rotation system going I never have an issue buying more than 6 - I bought 10 packs of mince last week and all went through at £1.24. In fact, I've just bought a 198litre freezer to store my Lidl weekend meat purchases :) Another deal...Waitrose have WHOLE chickens at £1.74/KG (large), £1.79/KG (medium) and £1.84/KG (small).

Tesco Soya nuts - 60p per 100g pack. These are actually pretty tasty and the nutrition value in them appears to be pretty good. On the front its say a typical 25g serving contains... calories 100 (5%), sugar 2.4g (3%), fat 4.8g (7%), saturates 0.7g (4%), salt trace (<1%) per 100g Energy 1675kj/400kcal Protein 38.0g (really good) Carbs 19.1g (sugar 9.4g) - maybe a little high? Fat 19.0g (sats 2.9g) Fibre 13.4g Sodium 0.1g salt equivalent 0.4g there maybe are tastier nuts around, these arn't bad and for 60p a bag it's really good value. i was in morrisons today and saw them for £1 - still cheap, so they are probably in most stores.

On the subject of Soya Nuts/Beans, has anyone tried these Tesco Roasted And Salted Soya Beans 200G ( http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=259546274) Their nutritional profile seems better for a few pence more. Lidl weekend offer (in my area) is:- Fresh British Beef Lean Frying Steak - 340g Pack £1.14 (£3.35 per KG)

irdan Yeah seen that mate, I'm ready to stock up! ;-) Wondered why you hadn't posted after last week's "chicken heads up" thread.. I did think twice before posting, though I easily got 16 packs of chicken last week (and left plenty more) I was half expecting a shop full of bodybuilders!

Haha i was just coming in here to post that lean steak deal If i can i'll get in there over the weekend and fill the chest freezer. Perfect opportunity to try some new burger recipes. Also want to try some meat on a stick kebab type things.
Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

Heads up, costco selling 2.28kg USN 100% whey for £26.99. Guy was in there buying 6 to sell on ebay he told me lol, so I went home and checked bbw where it's £38.99. Went back and bought 5 tubs. They've also got weider fat burner 300 capsules for around £13 I think. Ingredients - green tea 90mg EGCG, caffeine, cinnamon powder, mustard powder, grapefruit powder, cayenne, chromium, l-carnitine.
