Did they cut the cows arse for you when you bought all of that steak? Or were you just left with a cows arse in the freezer. Somehow i dont think my missus would go for the arse in the freezer!

They are doing £5 off 12 pack maximuscle promax bars in costco from 27th Dec-17th Jan. Should bring them to just under £1 a bar £11.89. Also the maximuscle diet bars are the same price.

Lakeland turkey breast steaks half price in tesco yesterday. 425g about 4 steaks, oven cook in ten mins once defrosted. around £2.8 something.

Waitrose for John west tuna. Oil, Brine AND springwater £2.50 for 4. 62.5p per tine. Need to go and stock up today in fact, only bought 4 packs last time!

RedHotF 3 tins of Princes tuna chunks in either oil or brine reduced down to £1.99 in Tescos, that's ~66p each. In the trolley they went Princes 4pack tinned tuna (185g) in oil, brine or springwater half price (about £1.35) at Sainsburys, got 12 cans in the cupboard now!

Obviously only a good offer if you are based near this location but Bury Market yesterday and will be next week some cracking offers, 2 as below - x4 Sirloin Steaks = £5.00 (Nice BIG and LEAN) A tray (Approx 12/13) Chicken breasts = £10.00

i use the wilkonsons tuna, its the same size as other tins at 130g drained weight. Its in flakes and its called on the tin, sandwich tuna i believe but its still got 35g of protein in. 33p a tin!

MAKRO- 5kg fresh chicked breast for £17, some good prices on steak cuts as well- you have to buy a whole fillet and cut it up and freeze it to take advantage though
