Morrisons are selling the 260ml bottles of Granovita Organic Omega Blend Oil for 90p reduced from £3.09. Just bought 12 bottles! Would have bought more but I had the lot. Not as good as Udo's but still a cracking deal considering its around £7 from most online stores.

15 eggs in Farmfoods or Iceland £1.50. Just use the egg whites and you have around 120 grams of protein for £1.50 and next to nothing in calories/fat.
