Anyone here shop at Booker?
Just wondered on the price of meat, fruit, nuts etc there.
As it's used by businesses I'm guessing it's considerably cheaper.

Frozen Wild Salmon Fillets (4) are half prize in morrisons. Not the biggest of fillets but each one has around 21 grams of protein in.

John West Yellowfin tuna is 4 cans for 2 quid from Netto

For anyone who just had ordinary tuna, this is cheaper and sooo much tastier!!! I bought like 16 cans, it's usually about 1.30/can or something

pink tuna, not grey

I must admit its very, very imortant to get the fat content/% in mince. Even lean mince is a treat, to have fatty mince would be a gross misconduct of a cutter

Forget to mention that you get 2 tubs of Quark for a £1 at Morrisons.
30g of protein in each pot.

Is the morrisons Quark still on offer? ChilledDJ mentioned it would end March 27!

My bargain is Rump Steak at Co-op, £6.49/KG until April 5.
And for those that don't exclude pork from their diets, Lidl have Pork Loin Steaks £1.49/480g this weekend.

Is that the red packet meat? used to use that for my chicken and turkey breasts, but the turkey is much smaller than the packs you can get for £5 so usually just get that now. Also the tesco value chicken, although gone p to £2.50 from £2, you now got more weight and you usually get 3 decent sizes breasts per pack rather than 2 (a bit more fat than most though).

Off topic, but today i saw cool drinks at £1.72 or 3 for £5.50, well if you work it out 1.72x3 = £5.16 - do you think this was a genuine mistake or are they trying to trick vulnerable people into thinking this is a decent offer?

Holland and Barrat doing a 'buy one item and get another for 1p' special offer at the moment.

Basically buy two items and get the cheaper one for 1p. Not everything is included in this offer but quite a lot is.

Everthing is H&B is good for you, they don't sell junk food, you'd be crazy not to pop in and buy something. Not a rep by the way!

Very nice for frozen chicken much better than asda or tesco's in my opinion The only thing i would say is slightly over cook it 40min instead of 30min at 180 c  or its a we bit slimy
