I must admit its very, very imortant to get the fat content/% in mince. Even lean mince is a treat, to have fatty mince would be a gross misconduct of a cutter

iceland does 300g pack of sliced chicken for 2 quid

also the mince aint that bad its not very fatty thats 2 quid also

asda £150 for 2kg bag of oats.

Went in to Morrison's this morning and they are doing 2 pots of Golden Acre quark for £1!!  Offer is valid until the 27th of March.  Woohoo!!

Just open, lob the butter in the bin, job done... Probably 225g of lean steak not too bad.

My bargain is Rump Steak at Co-op, £6.49/KG until April 5.
And for those that don't exclude pork from their diets, Lidl have Pork Loin Steaks £1.49/480g this weekend.

Is that the red packet meat? used to use that for my chicken and turkey breasts, but the turkey is much smaller than the packs you can get for £5 so usually just get that now. Also the tesco value chicken, although gone p to £2.50 from £2, you now got more weight and you usually get 3 decent sizes breasts per pack rather than 2 (a bit more fat than most though).
 
Off topic, but today i saw cool drinks at £1.72 or 3 for £5.50, well if you work it out 1.72x3 = £5.16 - do you think this was a genuine mistake or are they trying to trick vulnerable people into thinking this is a decent offer?

Very nice for frozen chicken much better than asda or tesco's in my opinion The only thing i would say is slightly over cook it 40min instead of 30min at 180 c  or its a we bit slimy

Aldi had whole chickens in for £3 a few days ago. Still well within date too. I bought pretty much the lot and froze most :D

This stuff is ace for the price!  However it's limited to 6 packs per customer!  I have a rotation system going
