Also noticed that Tesco have a "3 for 2" offer on Vitamins and supplements until tomorrow. I bought "Discount Brands" A-Z Vitamins with Probiotics (50p for 30), Tesco brand Cod Liver Oil (£1.96 for 300ml with each 10ml giving 1100DHA and 800EPA) and Seven Seas Extra High Strength CLO (£4.33 for 300ml). All prices before the 3 for 2 discount and make sure you only buy items of a similar price together as the cheapest item is free.

My local tesco's is being refurbished and so is closed. This has forced me to use Morrissons and I'm glad I did. Can't remeber the exact price but you can get cooked sliced chicken breast (not with added water) for £1.59 per pack. (Can't remember the weight but it was big). The equivalent pack in Tesco's is about £3.99.
