I want to start shedding some weight around my stomach and get it flat, then try to define a six pack. The first step I thought would help was to start a journal, I know if I don't, I wont keep track of what I eat and will probably not stick to healthy eating. As its monday morning (00:28) I'll fill it in at 22:00 every night, starting Monday 16th January 2012. Hopefully I'll be back in in 22 hours :)
