I just had 500g of mince fried then drain the fat of with boiling water. Mix two oxo cubes with 100ml of water and cover over the mince and eat. Yum

Wow I think Im pushing it by asking my misses to buy about 10 chicken breasts a week and load of tuna ...... I think if i start eating meat for Breakfast as well she will put her foot down ! lol

967Stuart * May have read that wrong ! Do you mean you had a mid morning meal ..... or was that breakfast ?? no no, it was breakfast I just got up late Breaky is always chilli con carne, spag bol, steak and pasta etc. Its just another meal for the greedy fat pig that I am

they are awesome with protein pancakes to sweeten them up
Height= 6ft 2 weight= 95kg bf= 18% lifts 1rm bench press = 110kg deadlift= 200kg squat= 170kg keep trying harder
