show night, steak and chips, that made me feel real guilty
was back on a clean bulk diet the next day!!

Fairplay, your a better man than me, i cant stop eating after a show, i'm going to approach this rebound differently though, TRY and raise my calories back up same as i dropped them, adding cheats in once a week, looks good on paper but i'm scared i'll just go nuts again LOL

And i want Jamaican Curried Goat with Large rice and peas + fried dumpling and a supermalt, hmmmmmmmm.

sounds good, in essence thats what im doing, dont want to add too much fat this time, too much hard work goes in to losing it,
next show if i can keep things cleaner , i want to do a 14-16 week prep, not a 20 week which i had to do this time round..

My wife is baking chinese dim sum style egg custard tarts for me to bring along.  Then it's off to tgif to get a full pound bacon cheeseburger, chips, onion rings and an enourmous chocolate brownie knicker bocker glory.  Oh yeah seveal fish bowl cocktails as well.  Let's see how long it takes for my abs to disappear long.  With all that salt and bloating, I give them two hours lol.

I know what your saying about next day, but you couldn't get the same result if you tried, it seems to only work when you dont care and go with it, a calculated approach never gets the same result as just breaking and going crazy, plus on stage it wouldn't look as good as you think.......I've done it LOL
