Fairplay, your a better man than me, i cant stop eating after a show, i'm going to approach this rebound differently though, TRY and raise my calories back up same as i dropped them, adding cheats in once a week, looks good on paper but i'm scared i'll just go nuts again LOL

And i want Jamaican Curried Goat with Large rice and peas + fried dumpling and a supermalt, hmmmmmmmm.

Pizza, I think. Or Mexican food. For me it's all about the savoury/salty - I'm not so much one for sweet stuff.

If I do get pizza I'd probably go for thin crust with things like anchovies, capers, olives (salty!)

I had burger king an hour before I went on stage. I had burger and chips then between morning and evening show and then when I came off stage I had an easter egg followed by copious amounts of vodka

I had burger king an hour before I went on stage. I had burger and chips then between morning and evening show and then when I came off stage I had an easter egg followed by copious amounts of vodka

Oh my Christ  Do you mean an  actual Easter egg or a single Creme Egg?
