Hello guys can anyone tell me why everytime i have brown bread i get really bad wind? does this mean im allergic to something in the bread?

    Excess wind isn't really an indicator of an allergic reaction.

    Hard to say without seeing your entire diet structure tbh.

      Is it 'brown bread' or 'wholemeal bread?' - there is a difference. How much do you have for the wind?
