walkie do you not worry about catabolism at those dosages mate? yeah it's a quality little compound keeps me lean and allows me to eat some filth, so it's win win When natty the catabolism was bad mate, not been natty for a few weeks now though, so this should be keeping catabolism at bay.................and infact I beleive anabolism may be taking place, My blood urea is sky high as im eating so much protein for someone my size I beleive my body has no choice but to store the excess proteins as muscle :)

brutali Burney_1988 What is t3? Lol Good to see the cardio is going well considering feeling like ****. Thing is mate, I hate SSCV, And now after 18 months of doing it I know it doesn't work for me, I find it boring and even after SSCV 2-3 times a day it hardly makes any impact on fat loss :(, Anywasy from now on sprints, bag work, sparring, circuits, and basically just pushing my CV system to the limit is what ill be doing, and seems to be working :)) Oh and T3 is a Thyroid med mate, I use Abdi Ibrahim from Turkey, Usually a med for people with an under active thyroid, People worry about it shutting down your natty thyroid production so tend to be a bit weary of using it, Thing is with me ive been trying to get ripped for years and its never really worked so now im ready to sacrifice almost anything to achieve my goals. I looked into it more after reading in here about it. Quite a lot to learn it seems haha. I know what you mean about getting ripped, I'd be over the moon if one day I managed to get in your condition/shape mate so you have nothing to worry about there. How long have you been training?

So you reckon steds may counteract an catabolism? I am on a cycle, might experiment upping the dose a bit, get a recomp going instead of a bulk

Cheers for the compliments bud, appreciate that, Ive been in and out the gym for around 10 years now, my biggest mistakes were bulking right up then cutting and losing everything I gained, I then boxed and had to cut from 14 stone to 11 I lost every lbs of muscle I ever gained in the gym and was just stick thin with a belly????? Ive also wasted many hours doing SSCV which obviously does not work for me, I can do SSCV 3 times a day for 2 weeks and lose not a single lb of fat???

Training over the past few days has been crap, kids, missus working has left me with zero time for gym and feeling pretty pi55ed off/ Legs today left me feeling like i was gonna pass out, lots of warming up then some super sets done super slow. leg extension 65 x10 then straight to squats 100kgx10 done this for 3 sets, and brought to positive failure on the last set of the last rep :) Hams 2 sets of slow 10 reppers Calves 4 slow sets Crunches No time for cardio, took the bin lids ice skating and nearly snapped my spine in the process, fcuking horrible thing to do is be on ice..... Hope to start and get some proper MMA training this week so weights will take a back seat and will prob be a bit fooked

Gym again today, trying not to train 2 days in a row, but kids, missus, courses and work is making the gym hard to get to. Decline press today warmed up to pushing out 8-9 reps with 116kg Then dropped the weight and did real slow reps with 80kg 3 sets all to failure Pull ups, Chest hits the bar at the top nice and slow 15, 10, 12 reppers Incline press 3 sets at 80kg very slow and concentrating on contraction and squeezw, drop set last 1 Bench supported BB rows on machine, 3 sets at 80kg, pause at the top then down nice and controlled. 2 sets of dips, slow to failure. 20 mins x trainer 36 burpeze as fast as i can Crunches Diet has been clean but lots of food, off doing a course so 2 days off :(

walkie what course you doing mate?? burpeze are foul btw lol It was just a daft course mate, refreshing our experience on how to launch and steer lifeboats, In my line of work Legislation is silly, so I do around 10 refresher courses per year. Burpeze lol, I actually like them now, I try to push myself in the hardest exercises I know, or at least make an exercise as hard as possible but doing it either slow or explosive etc. Monday night I trained in MMA, was my first class, and it was hardcore, felt ill after it, and ill all the next day, couldnt sleep that night or eat, The amount I sweat simply cannot be healthy, I went through 3 vests all soaked through, I need to look into hydrating myself better if I want to keep training this way I think??

Haha, I remember my first MMA training session, much as you describe it! I can sweat watching a game of snooker on TV so I feel your pain, but yeah, stay hydrated and crack on. Your body will eventually start getting used to it although never completely. Never had the issue of not being able to eat though, probably why I´m doing a SUC. :D
