So I thought fcuk it, If I want to get in proper shape i need as lil competition to help motivate me, Diet has been rubbish recently so its gonna be hard to cut out all the crap ive been eating since xmas.

Goals????? Build muscle, get stronger and cut some fat.....lol not asking for too much :)
Not the strongest ive ever been but hoping to blast through my pb's over the next little while, I do have bad back problems so cant dead, BB row, or squat heavy.
I dont class myself as a bodybuilder, just a kid trying to look decent and have bit of strength with a bit fitness, with some assistance ;)
Pics taken this morning and if im honest they're not as bad as i thought they would be :)
Food will be high protein, with med carbs, med fats, ill try 2300cals p/d and see how i get on from there.
Any advise or pointers much appreciated, Same with any advise or help I can give anyone else I'll be delighted to help.
