thnx bro wheeels: squats: 100lbs X10 X7 , 100lbs X8,7,7 lying leg curls: 30kgX10 X6 , 30kgX8X4 cardio 45 mins diet: brekkie: 1/2 c oats, skim milk , honey , cinammon , 3 boiled eggs noon: 1 chicken breast sandwich in whole wheat bread afternoon: same as noon lunch: rice oakra and 2 bss chicken breasts workout dinner: 2 sweat pots, 2 bss chicken breasts late night: tuna as usual ezekiel bread wen to the doc today said i had atleast 2-3 weeks. now iam thinking that i possibly can't build a substantial amount of muscle in this timeframe especially with my limitation. so iam still thinking about going keto for a 4-6 weeks and doing vince's 8X8. to shed every ounce of fat and start maintaining what i have throught the summer any ideas?

The workout plan will be as follows: 2 days on 1 day off upper + cv lower + cv off + cv upper + cv lower + cv off/ no excercise upper repeat lower off ... ... ... Measurements: bodyweight: 155 lbs. height: 5'10 Arms: R 16.5" L 16.5" waist: 42" chest: 50" legs: R 26" L 25" neck: 17.5" calves: R 19" L 19" first 2 weeks no carbs then after each week i'll have a carb meal usually oatmeal just to fill the body with glycogen. want to keep it clean for 4-6 weeks , i am already v.lean bro, kept my condition well this year no pig bulking like last year just need to get tight. And supplement wise to be honest iam going to pop aminos like there is no tomorrow i bought a 700 tab amino tub and iam going to use the leftover hydroxycut from last years cut to give me a boost when needed only.

How do these measurements compare to last time you measured yourself? What's the reason behind adjusting your diet like this? Need to drop some weight for rowing?

tbh last time i measured myself i was a fat bastard lol , well i have an indicator to stop my bulk. it's always my but i store fat in there easily i could be like 18-20 bf and see abs but my ass sux so when my ass starts getting bigger i know that it's the end of the bulk. Secondly i'll be limited to some excercises only because of my finger injury so i thought why not get lean now and lean bulk through the summer

I was at 18-20% bf when I weighed 82KG's and have now dropped to 79KG. I think thats prob be max bf % I could be at without looking fat as I store a lot of fat in my face, which makes me look fat especially when I get the double chin. Glad to have actually lost a bit of bf cause I wasn't really that happy when people were saying I started to look fat.

(skinnybloke) People are so quick to judge mate. Funny how if you ever see them in the gym changing rooms and they are scrawny as hell and look like they have been eating scraps out of a bin for months...which is when you can lol at them...

I do feel quite fat myself though in the face when I get to ~20% bodyfat. Especially when I smile for photos, my face looks like a chubby person because I get a massive double chin lol. I don't care bout the fat all around, its just my face.

Upper Body: Parallel Bar Dips 5X8, 1X6, 1X7, 1X4 Cable Rope Rows 45kgX8 ,50kgX8 X7 Lateral Raises 70lbsX8 X7, 70lbsX6 X1 Drag Curl 15kgX8 X8 Triceps Extension 80lbsX8 X8 Wrist Curls 25kgX15 X8 Notes: WOW awesome pump although i am zero carbed, the pump took longer to come but it came. sweated like an animal it's really a challenge and i underestimated that workout. It kicked my butt that i couldn't do cardio afterwards, it'll take a week to adapt so maybe i'll do cardio on offdays only till i get fat adapted. Also drag curls killed me i couldn't believe i'd be humbled by that weight. Energy reserves are so low but still i see carbs at home and have no cravings.
