brekkie: 1/2 c oats, skim milk , honey , cinammon , 3 boiled eggs midmorning: 2 turkey sandwiches in whit bread , with mayo and lettuce noon: 1 chicken breast sandwich in whole wheat bread afternoon: same as noon still got 3 meals this is how i eat at uni generally

of course i don't mind mate :D had my last clean meal : 1/2 rice, spinach and hen breast. last meal cheat meal of the week: 1 double bigmac, 1 mcroyal , 1 superize fries, piece of strawberry cake and some turkish delights.

that cheat meal sounds amazin!! gona have mine tomorro i reckon.. full pizza, think ill buy some skinny cow ice cream tomorro too.. maybe some cheesecake and some potato wedges.. plus the pizza will have a chicken breast on too!!:-) yay.. cant wait, ive eaten so clean this wk.. feel great for it too... hows the finger dude?

ok trained upper body today mentzer style: triset A: peck deck 15 reps 30 kg machine bench 60kgX12 incline machine bench 50kgX12 repeat 3 more times to faliure with 1 min rest. superset B: machine laterals 70lbs X12 hammer strength front press 70lbs X10 repeat 3 more times superset C: rope pulldowns w 3 fingers lol 50kgX15 rope rows w 3 fingers 70kgX12 repeat 3 more times ab circuits and 30 mins cardio

thnx bro wheeels: squats: 100lbs X10 X7 , 100lbs X8,7,7 lying leg curls: 30kgX10 X6 , 30kgX8X4 cardio 45 mins diet: brekkie: 1/2 c oats, skim milk , honey , cinammon , 3 boiled eggs noon: 1 chicken breast sandwich in whole wheat bread afternoon: same as noon lunch: rice oakra and 2 bss chicken breasts workout dinner: 2 sweat pots, 2 bss chicken breasts late night: tuna as usual ezekiel bread wen to the doc today said i had atleast 2-3 weeks. now iam thinking that i possibly can't build a substantial amount of muscle in this timeframe especially with my limitation. so iam still thinking about going keto for a 4-6 weeks and doing vince's 8X8. to shed every ounce of fat and start maintaining what i have throught the summer any ideas?

The workout plan will be as follows: 2 days on 1 day off upper + cv lower + cv off + cv upper + cv lower + cv off/ no excercise upper repeat lower off ... ... ... Measurements: bodyweight: 155 lbs. height: 5'10 Arms: R 16.5" L 16.5" waist: 42" chest: 50" legs: R 26" L 25" neck: 17.5" calves: R 19" L 19" first 2 weeks no carbs then after each week i'll have a carb meal usually oatmeal just to fill the body with glycogen. want to keep it clean for 4-6 weeks , i am already v.lean bro, kept my condition well this year no pig bulking like last year just need to get tight. And supplement wise to be honest iam going to pop aminos like there is no tomorrow i bought a 700 tab amino tub and iam going to use the leftover hydroxycut from last years cut to give me a boost when needed only.

How do these measurements compare to last time you measured yourself? What's the reason behind adjusting your diet like this? Need to drop some weight for rowing?
