i know i can cheat a little more but don't to get fat again u know.

we have kfc , mcdonalds , hardees , pizzahut , little ceasars pizza , papa jones , burger king -my fave- and alot others.

also if u don't mind i'll take u to that place where they do long grain rice and cut steak on top but its not as neat as the other fast food stuff and if u don't want to sit there we can hang in my house and order it :D.

todays diet also topped over 5kcals easily

here's what i had till now:
brekkie at 6:40pm :2 steaks , 2 bss chicken breasts , a big lard of lasagnia with mincedmeat and 2 cups of rice with mixed nuts and raisins on top

went to prayer palyed some cards with my friends and cruised a bit on the streets with them

got back at 10pm: 2 steaks and another some big piece lasagnia with minced meat.

1am: mixed nuts and some fruit

3am: beans with eggs and granary bread

on training days i will add oats and eggs meal after training.

Is that a "yes I am partaking in the Ramadan"?

If so, how are you planning on eating, sleeping and training during the month of Ramadan?

I would find it a massive pain in the ass and would really struggle with this I reckon.

its very easy really no strugling at all u just switch ur schedeule up :D

Good journal - all the best with it... :-)

That's some routine you have - you must have some endurance....  I doubt I'd be able to finish it if I just did 5 sets of squats, 5 sets of benching and 5 sets of deadlifts!!

I seen you posting in the AAS section and saw you mentioned you wanted to use AAS sometime.

Was that in the near future or for in a couple of years time?
