Im thinking of at least another year. Want to get to about 85ish KG before thinking about it.

I'll see what I feel like next year around this time. If I do then it'l probably just be a short 4 week cycle or possibly 8 weeks.

I am thinking of doing a 4 week cycle of cissus-drol next year around april just to see how my body reacts to pro-hormones.

Really? How come you can't get pro-hormones? Is it cause you can only get the "real" stuff over there? lol

Yeah thats what I thought. Can't believe how AAS are legal in some countries. Lucky you!

I don't even go to the gym so finding a source for me when I eventually want to start using is gonna be hard :(.

So your not even allowed to drink water during the day? :S

I'm sure I read somewhere (correct me if I'm wrong) but I thought it was counter-productive to spend more than 45-50 min working out. Maybe that was only applicable to bulking. Might be worth asking the question in one of the forums and let the pros answer.

utter BS if i do say so... i work out for around 1-1.5 hrs and never had any detrimental effects on either my recovery or my performance in the gym.

Hey mate, just checked out of the hotel, moved into flat in maadi with my gf really enjoying myself. If you want to come over next week flat should be all sorted out. Going to sort out an egyptian sim card tomorrow so will txt you my address and sort out a workout etc.
