Na I wasn't serious, just amazed with what they can do in such a short period of time. I can't see myself taking them untill I'm working 9-5 and house bound with a bunch of kids.

Day 3: Back Pull ups BwX10,8,8,8,6 BB rows 60kgX8, 60kgX8, 70kgX8, 80kgX8 Db rows 30kgX10, 35kgX8, 40kgX8 V- pulldowns 50kgX12, 60kgX10, 70kgX8* V- cable rows 150lbsX10, 170lbsX10, 200lbsX10 BB shrugs 60kgX20,20,20,20 ss BB behind back shrugs 60kgX12,12,12,12 * it was a multiple drop set worked like this 70kgX8, rest 10 sec, 65kgXfaliure, rest 10 sec, 60kgXfaliure, rest 10 sec, etc... until i reached 20kg Notes: Good workout

Ramadan started today so did pct iam excited about one but not the other. I am starting to get some mind fcuks seeing that iam smaller and not pumped ,,, shizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz iam dreading this

popped down 40mg of nolva a couple of hours ago i don't think i need 100mg or 60mg 40mg sounds right will do 40mg for the rest of the week then will do 20mg for the remaining 2 weeks and i won't weigh myself except after pct.

Good luck with PCT. Are you honestly gonna be able to not weigh yourself till after PCT though? Im sure you're gonna be curious every day to see if you've lost any weight and its gonna kill ya not weighing yourself :P

Thanks for popping in. i have news though the good news is my sex drive is rediculously high i have been walking all day today and yesterday with rock hardons and iam really horny the bad thing is iam down with a very bad flu and i can't train probably today nor tomorrow and iam really scared i might lose my gains????????????
