Damn thats a lot of volume for delts dude. I trained delts seperately for the first time after ages on Thursday and was buggered after 3 exercises. My delts felt like they had just been slaughtered.

              For your next cycle when "on" take Echinacea everyday it helps you stop getting cold ect, your can by it from pharmacys.

                You can get these tabs which have echinacea, vit c,zinc and garlic in it. Everything you need to stop you from getting a cold. Should be able to get it from most health shops too.

                  Well from what iv read/researched AAS use slightly weakens your imumme system, so obiously there is a sight chance of getting a cold or something. but this IMO from research iv never taken roids because im too young, so dont have personal experince to back up my claims.

                      i think the water has dropped by now its been 2 weeks and i am mega dosing vit-C so i am sure its down.
                      well i have put some fat on my legs as usual and arms and the abs are visible but not clearly cut, but not so bad should go from the cardio iam doing i will post pics after pct is over

                          AAS trashes the immune system so these tabs are on the top of the list before letro, can't wait to be on again although iam not as thrilled as the first time

                            Switched flat and incline to prioritize my strength for the competition lift, but as a result my inclines suffered so i switched to the hammer press for a while
