              cheers mate strange thing is that a couple of years back ppl commented that i was being trap dominant , now no matter how many times i shrung they're small !! i'll blast them with super sets i guess.

                      What are your short and long term goals right now? Are you still rowing?


                      Yup technically i am still rowing although i haven't been able to go to my training due to university work. Therefore iam using crossfit to build up my conditioning then i'll start rowing before the contest by 3 weeks or so.

                      My goals are the same big ass ****er with low bf. short term goals i am aiming to be 180 lbs lean , so i am leaning out now so that when i start my next cycle i start with a lean base and rebound

                              try it for a while buddy, its good in so many ways. i am getting leaner very quickly while at the same time gaining some new mass. the workouts don't take alot of time and most of the days can be done at home. I particularly like the feeling of not knowing tomorrows workout, i mean ur working according to a grandplan but its unknown to u kinda like life and how it is.

                                Todays workout:

                                Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

                                      Notes:

                                      supersetted pullups and pushups, varied the pushups some were regular some incline some decline some between chairs. Supersetted squats and situps. weight is up 6lbs while getting leaner
