I have spoken with James and being that i work very close to him at moment and following others that have worked with him with great success we are now a team :D I will be working with James for the remainder of my prep and hopefully get a few training sessions in also. My plan was to enter under 80kg inters at the portsmouth show. I will now meet with James next week so we can put together plan and see if that goal is realistic and achievable. On other matters I am having some work done on shoulders at moment due to constant nagging pain and they feel better already after one session so thats a result. Along with this my long suffering wife is pregnant and will be 6 months by the time of show so it's all going on :D I will update this log regularly now to chart progress and will get some current pics up shortly. I was 98.5kg last week and have a feeling things may have slowed this week which would be no surprise as food and cardio have remained same since start. I will leave things just as they are until the new plan takes place. Doing 5 days a week cardio 30 mins a day at present. Current eating looks like this: Meal 1) 70g oats 2 scoops protein meal 2) scrambled egg on 2 wholemeal toast meal 3) 200g chicken breast, half pack uncle bens wholemeal rice meal 4) 2 scoops protein with apple and banana meal 5) training day would be 100-150g carbs with 2 scoops protein PWO Meal 6) 200g lean mince with chilli con carne sauce PWO carbs have been so high to try and gain back muscle fast due to almost total loss of al of it last year lol.

I weighed in yesterday and had gone back up to 100kg again but then weighed in this morning and was back to 98.5 (Due to very slow bowels last 4 or 5 days will spare you the details lol) Here are the update pics from today and also one when I started back training after my drunken half a year (not a pretty site !!!) Still I figure if I can achieve this in 2 months another 3 months i should be able to get there if i follow everything I need to and really pull all the stops

OK went to see james today, we plotted, schemed and have a plan so cunning.......... So it looks like the Portsmouth show is too close for the fat I need to lose and think deep down I already knew this. So will push for show in May and it's looking like the body power expo would be the perfect time so I think this may be the one :D I now have my new diet plan which spreads the food out much more and some interesting new things such as yoghurt which will be a welcome change. The plan is worked around the daft times I have to get up for travelling. Really motivated for this now and cannot wait to start peeling away the layers of winter insulation. I would change title of thread but not sure how on here will have a look in a minute.

I haven't been updating much but things are moving along. I have been super busy with work so haven't even had time to get to gym but have got a few cardio sessions in. been working 7 days a week with some 17 hour days but needs must. Next week should see it all return to normality for a bit and will hit it hard. I have still dropped again though and am 95kg now so its all heading in the right direction. I will try and get some pics tonight or over weekend. Due to train with james next week so he will be able to have a look and see how I am progressing. Seriously glad we moved shows as closer it gets the more I relies I would never have been ready for portsmouth and the body power show will be a big push but doable :D Been using the elite stack fat burners and they are seriously strong a real good over the counter fat burner I would say. Only thing is Yohimbine is known to cause water retention so will drop them Sunday so got a few days before James has a look at me.

Now then mate, seems like a sound decision to delay. always hard to do but will pay off in the end. James is great, and you can always be sure of honest feedback. Im sure you will have a great training session with him, although he will probably be on the girlie weights, especially if your doing chest. If you do arms, then he will show you his trademark curling in the squat rack move ;-) haha

Still gonna need to really hit it hard this week now normal routine has returned at long last. I have done my morning cardio and ready for heavy session in gym later :D

I know a hard walk for a good impact fat burn ,when cutting up to wards the white hourse from my house up the lanes via the Wellhead woods. Legs look like they have come on with over all mass gained and with the lowering BDF% new gains will be clear. Keep us all posted.. DDaz

Nice one mate will use that route at weekends when back home :D Legs are not as big as last year when unpumped but when pumped they are. I find thats the biggest difference doing this natty is the look changes dramatically from cold to pumped where it never changed much at all when I was on cycle. Will have to update with more pics later in week realised that the fat burners I was using were causing a lot of water retention which is coming off nice now and look a little further along than did in those pics. Cheers,
