i saw Zack Khan in Tesco on xmas eve, i had a basket full of reduced turkey and his was full of cheese quavers, i've now been on 6 packs of quavers a day but still not making any progress!

He looked massive walking down the aisle, didnt chat as it was rammed but gave him that look, you know the one where we respected each other because we both train..... lol

i saw Zack Khan in Tesco on xmas eve, i had a basket full of reduced turkey and his was full of cheese quavers, i've now been on 6 packs of quavers a day but still not making any progress!

He looked massive walking down the aisle, didnt chat as it was rammed but gave him that look, you know the one where we respected each other because we both train..... lol

I think the technical term is 'the nod'

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH - drab4

Which vids? Some of them I was in with him! Shaun is a very nice guy and also my friend on a personal level: he's one of the most genuine pros I've met, he's also great with his fans and has a remarkable ability to remember people's names on meeting them just once.

However, don't fly with Shaun; he has a phobia of flying and sat next to a guy with massive shoulders in a cramped plane who absolutely hates flying is not fun!
