Hey Guys! I am doing my 2nd ph cycle. I am doing CEL h drol 50/75/75/75/75/75. I am currently on week 4 on the cycle. These are the supplements I am taking at the moment. Animal flex - 1 pak a day Cycle assist - 8 tabs a day Taurine - 6 g a day Multi vitamins Fish oils tabs – 6 grams a day My Pct will be Week 1 week 2 week 3 week 4 Nolva - 20mg 20mg 10mg 10mg DAA - 3g 3g 3g 3g Activate Xtreme - - as recommended until i finish bottle Lean Xtreme - - as recommended until i finish bottle BUT! GUYS! The issue is that recently i noticed that i am getting a bit pointy around the nipple area! I am not sure if it’s just fat or if its gyno :o Furthermore... Today i squeezed my nipples and one of them released a tiny little bit of liquid :o i am worried! What should i do guys? QUESTION 1) Is this PCT ok lads? QUESTION 2) Can i take p5p and vitex during cycle to reduce the gyno? (if it even is gyno) QUESTION 3) Do you think its gyno? I am hoping its just fat cos i do have a tiny bit of a belly.

What has happened to bf on cycle has it risen much? You are well into the cycle now I would be inclined to keep going and possibly curb the cals and or carbs a little for the remaining two weeks to try and reduce bf a little as H-Drol is very effective for cutting too. If you get any more concnerned by the possibility of gyno then it would not be the end of the world to run 10mg Nolva ED for the last 2 weeks to deal with this if it does exist.

thx alot for replying jw. :) bf? um? i think it has gone up slightly because i have eaten more. I have put on about 12lbs so far. Yeah my weight gainer has just ran out so i plan to cut down on carbs now anyway, so i guess its good timing. So will nolva actually bring down any gyno that has already developed? Or does it just prevent it, and so if it has already occured am i fuc**d? JW the nolva i have is mylan, genox tamoxifen 10mg as citrate. Is that ok? Also will the p5p or vitex help mate? i have read that p5p is a anti prolactin and so i am hoping it may help combat gyno??? Thx again

Nolva will prevent it getting any worse andy may still on cycle reduce anything which has occured but ultimately your PCT will deal with this - it is a case of controlling more than anything. That Nolva sounds fine. P5P given the price will dno no harm and can help with prolactin issues - I wonder if given the point you are at in your cycle now it would be effective still but as said it is relatively cheap. I would be inclined as a precaution to low dose Nolva for 10mg and run the cycle just 10 more days and in that time, not at the expense of strength/muscle - try and tone a bit of the bf gained as this will help with the appearance concern you have. If you have been downing the weigt gainers and muching carbs higher than normal you will no doubt find reducing this macro will help too as you will have exagerated water retention right now also.

Just to stress - I can only advise on opinion and treat it as if it were me and of course it is not medical advice so in the interests of being responsible would always still urge you seek professional medical opinion beyond forum theory. However, I have recommended what I would do based on logic and it is great to see feedback from people when issues are encountered as more can be learnt from this than a log where everything is perfect and results outstanding, I prefer reading the others to see where things could have been done differently. Good Luck and of course if at any point you feel things are worse I would suggest aborting cycle and going onto PCT immediately.

Yes its fine i understand that but i feel like i can tell when someone has had personal experience or good knowledge. Anyway doctors are pretty cruddy nowadays.

Maztrikz does hdrol give rise to prolactin??? i remember on my hdrol cycle i got puffy nipples. Not seen many users report this - prolactin issues are most commonly reported and associatde to the PH Tren, but everyone is their own chemical lab and will react differently.
