End of day totals:

Calories: 3513.32
Protein: 214.18g
Carbs: 486.85g
Fat: 78.8g

My dinner was the most ridiculous meal ever, and consisted of:
200g pasta
Tin tuna
3 whole eggs
200ml some sort of tomato sauce
20g grated cheddar cheese

That'ts 84g protein, 167.8g carbs (LOL!) and 24.8g fat. Such a feast!

Gutting to hear your having so much shoulder trouble and having to drop things, I know how you feel with my lower back and all, its such a twat.

People who don't exercise should get the niggles, us lot who want to improve things should get a free pass on all this ****!

Lol I agree! Ah sure everybody has their little hurdles, it's not the end of the world, it just means when we achieve our goals we can be even prouder knowing that it was a little extra harder for us cos of the injuries!

That is very true actually, fair point.

I'm now quite intrigued to know that the forum feels the S word that means poo is ruder than the word twat.

                  Pull

                  Deadlift - 100kg - 10, 10, 10 (+4)
                  BB Bent Over Row - 50kg - 14, 14, 14 (+2)
                  Wide-grip Cable Pulldown - setting 13 of 20 - 10, 10, 9 (-1)
                  EZ Curls - 30kg - 14, 11 (-3), 13 (+2)
                  Hammer Curls - 12kg each - 14, 13 (-1), 12 (-2)

                  30 mins cardio + abs

Put literally everything I had into the Deadlifts, hence why my other lifts were a bit all over the place (EZ Curls, WTF!). And I think my strength was up from last week on the Deads even more than those numbers show, because I didn't seem to sacrifice form at all on the last set, and my back isn't hurting me at all now, compared to how much it was hurting me last week.

                  Good sesh

Ah yeah you're dead right (excuse the pun). Not too bothered at all about the curls, my biceps were fcuking about to explode with pumps after the session either way. Also this is the second Pull session in a row where I've nearly gotten sick half way though it, ever since I moved up to 100kg on the Deads it's been killing me!

Listened to this during my last set of deads:

Well not that live version, but u get the idea

mmm. Bit different, heading towards death metal i suppose. You might not like them but they're good heavy workout tracks.

Just checked out some of their tunes on youtube, sounds pretty good, it's like Metalcore/Deathcore kinda stuff it seems. I'm a huge metal fan but I prefer regular death metal to the 'core' stuff. I love Cryptopsy, Necrophagist, Deicide, Devourment, etc. Although I have to say I'm quite partial to a bit of Waking the Cadaver or Black Dahlia Murder once in a while!
