Yeah maybe. Watch for the bit when he gets his arm blown off and you can see his real arm tucked away

Not been here for a while mate. Anyway havent been following closesly enough, Im guessign youre bulking at the moment by the sounds of things. Was wondering are you doing any cardio, i may have just completely missed it but cant see any reference to any (my bad if there is some) i know youre bulking but imo is still an idea to keep a session or 2 in each week just at a gentle intensity. Also how long are you planning on bulking for? (if thats the case) Anyway keep up the good work, some v.good lifts, think you could go a bit higher on squats though by the looks of your other lifts!

Also am in the process of making a tech-house mix which ill post up for you when done mate, still nothing special, but learnt a few more things over last couple of days so should be a bit better, plus even if the mixing isnt that great then gives you a few tunes that you might enjoy to listen to :)

3 x 5 sounds good to me. Low reps are the way forward for deads.

Howdy mate, yep I'm bulking at the moment. My original plan was to just bulk until Feb to make it a full year of bulking, but I'm going to keep bulking until around April I think because I have really big exams at the end of March/start of April and I think completely changing my diet/lifestyle with low carbs and early morn cardio etc. wouldn't be very conducive to good exam preparation! But yeah I do 2-3 cardio sessions a week as it is, usually 30-45 mins low intensity on a bike or cross trainer, after weights. The last couple of weeks I had started to neglect cardio and I saw a visible increase in bf which scared the hell out of me, lol. So yeah I agree, cardio is crucial imo! I agree my squats are by far my weak point, I don't know why - possibly a fear of pushing for heavier weights because of my bad knees! PS. Get that mix up soon I'll look forward to hearing it!

Good stuff mate, yeah squats are a dodgy one especially with knees but from the basis of your other lifts i reckon you can go a fair bit higher, just do it gradually, and good stuff on the cardio. Ill do some work tomorrow on that tech-house mix mate, just been fine-tuning my own electro-house one so hopefully will get it up tomorrow afternoon at some point, if not then friday :)

The only problem with a routine like that is I'm too fond of my biceps curls and flies! Also SS isn't big on Deadlifting, and I'm trying to increase my Deadlift fast, want a 4 plate lift after xmas!

CitizenKane Pull Deadlift 60kg x 14 105kg x 8 105kg x 8 120kg x 5 130kg x 3 150kg x 1 (PB) Bicep work + Abs + 30 mins cardio Chuffed with the 1rm PB, everything felt easy enough except my grip just about held on until I locked out. This leads me to believe that if I was to use straps I could probably pull 160. Solid deadlift PB mate but a lot of reps in the build up. At most I'd go 60x5 105x3 120x2 130x1 150x1 and get some chalk, will make a world of diff grip wise.

@ T0ny -Cheers, will get some Chalk straight away, and thanks for the tip about warming up, I was never really sure of the correct protocol for warming up to a 1rm so cheers, appreciate the input! @ everyone else - LOL yeah it's mad, I just think it's funny that my mum said it because: 1. My arms are NOT big, in any way! 2. I'm not training to get girls! 3. I'm pretty sure girls do like big muscles anyway, lol.

Obviously could be a lot stronger on this if I prioritised it but I was positively f.ucked at this stage. Decent old session, decided to up the weight on the squats and go for lower reps, will do this from now on, felt really good and I think my form was a lot better than last week, despite the higher weight. Diet was perfect today, training session was perfect, got loads of free samples from my supplement shop, it's the weekend tomorrow and I felt quite confident in the gym today because I'm starting to look in similar shape to guys in my gym who I used to look up to when I started out - life is pretty good all round!
