CNP Multivit alternative - cost an issue 02 February 2012 14:57 (permalink)
When i boxed i bought CNP's multivit as it basically covered all the bases with good quality vits, good ratios, non-oxides, time release, included selenium and bits and bobs others didnt etc, but £30 per month (for 30 sachets of pills in a tub) just isnt really justifiable for me in the current financial climate and as I am purely training in the gym for looking good now.
I've been buying Holland and Barrett Super One (think its been re-branded now but the big brown speckly pills in the clear red tubs) which are also time release with good quantities, but to get good value you have to buy a big tub and the pills develop black patches over time that seem to get larger and larger. Wether this is normal, or an issue with the coating breaking down over time I dont know, but I have snapped them in half and the black patches run throughout the pill not on the surface alone. It puts me right off, I've always had this issue with the H and B ones, not just from one tub, but never with CNP.

So basically, could anyone please point me towards something like CNP's but at a more reasonable price?

Thanks for any help you can give! :)

That's not 3 months supply! you take 4 a day off them so even the 240 tub is only 2 months supply
