Yes James would evict me after one week Thanks guys for your wise words of encouragment. Somtimes it seems daunting...the transformation i've got to under-go to be in shape to get on stage is huge. Somtimes i do wonder if it's really possible, i mean you should see me! But then I have to stop myself from going down that negative road. 'Belief' is one of the key ingredients you see, if you aint got that then you might aswell go home. Kittys pics give me that belief...(as$ kissing again I know! ) Tuesday 05:45 Black coffe -----45 min cardio---- 07:00 30g whey 08:00 30g porridge, 1 spoon honey 10:00 80g chicken, 3 oatcakes, raw spinach leaves 12:45 80g chicken, 30g rice, green salad 15:00 80g chicken, 1 oatcake * Black coffe at hospital 18:45 100g mackrell fillet, sweet potato, dark green cabbage -----Will have cottage cheese and early night ----- Huge gap between chicken/ oatcake and evening meal but i was at out-paitent appointment for son's asthma. Resisted any urge to cheat

Kiss all you want as long as you behave I'm sure you are nowhere near as bad as I was in Jan 05 and it took 5mths for me to lose 3.5 stone. Was hard work, I will not deny that but it's do-able. Realistically I still had some more that could have come off and yes, I blame that on the days I didn't do my best, something I can't turn back on but something I can stop happening in the future, just like you can too

Sounds nice. The only time I use the bath is when I'm dieting otherwise it's the shower

Kitty gave me that belief too along with Karen... On here, when I first competed and kept a journal, virtually everyone ignored me and I didnt know what on earth I was doing... No-one told me I was doing it all wrong I kept popping into Kitty's journal then after a while when I started seeing Karen, more and more people knew I was serious and began to come by mine, Kitty being one of them. She really kept me going last season then it was fab to finally meet her! Now we just boot each other up the behind and swap fart stories...

I guess it's funny to look back at how much you've learnt. I went t bed last night with a completley blocked nose and sore throat, by the time i got in bed i knew i'd wake up this morning feeling rough Managed my 45 min cardio and did chest and back at the gym. When i came home i felt worse and wannted t sleep but i realised hubby had left his carefully prepared lunch and pro-shake at home so i ran it upto his work-place (when i say 'ran' i mean by car of course!) I couldn't leave him at the mercy of the 'dinner ladies' they'd try tempt him with white cheese baugettes and all sorts! Wednesday chest and back Smith Bench press 10x20kg / 10x20kg / 8x22.5kg / 6x22.5kg Inc DB flye 12x8kg / 12x8kg / 10x10kg / 8x10kg Chest press machine 12 / 10 / 8 (increased weight each set) BB Back row 12x20kg / 10x30kg / 8x35kg / 6x35kg One arm DB row 10x10kg / 10x12kg / 8x14kg Low cable row 12x13.5kg(each side) / 6x16.5kg / 10x13.5 / 7x16.5kg This was a super-fast work-out as i kept having to blow my nose so i wannted to be in and outa there as quickly as possible. 32mins in total

Sometimes it is better to have a complete rest as it helps you recover more quickly. I try not to train at all if I feel ill as I think it's what my body needs, there are others though who do otherwise.

Oh dear. Poor thing, I was really ill when I had that. I nearly fell out with my best friend for giving them to me and it probably wasn't even her I caught them from

Will do james. There are some yorkie biscuit bars in cuboard im not even considering going there but i am considering putting em in bin out-side. I might attempt gentle cardio on bike this evening...gutted i missed it this morning but both nostrils were welded closed and head was pounding from constantly blowing my nose. James, if I do bike this eveing should i do it 2 hours after a meal?

Bin them or send them to me! As for the cardio REST!!! Seriously if you're ill the quickest way to get better is total rest, then you'll get back to it sooner instead of doing half-a$$ed stuff here and there and feeling like poop...

Today i've been extra care-full with diet as im very aware that i haven't exercised and thererfore haven't burnt as many caloiries. Not the most healthy way to look at it but there you go. Thursday 07:00 30g whey 08:10 30g porridge, 1 spoon honey 10:40 80g chicken, 3 oatcakes, 7 grapes 13:30 80g chicken, 30g rice , raw spinach leaves 15:00 50g chicken, 1 oatcake (felt a bit sick any other day i'd be trying not to over-eat at this point) 18:00 80g chicken, sweet potato, loads steamed green veg 19:35 30g muslie, 2 spoons nat yog --------Will have 200g quark or cottage cheese before bed------------ Im quite pleased with that (if i make to bed without snacking!). Just need to increase fluid in-take a bit. I should start using my 2 litre bottle again.
