ORIGINAL: kitty

P.S I really don't think you're eating a lot of carbs Cookie...

I'm sure James has his reasons

I'm sure he does... I'm not doubting them in anyway, just didn't want CD to worry she's eating lots of carbs when she wasn't...

Carbs is a swear word that should be banned...

cheers

I already feel better for the fact that i've reduced food intake slighty. Think i'll feel even more confident once i step it up a bit with the dieting....just feel like im eating more than every one else, but i got faith

Yesterday was a normal(ish) day eating wise.

Today has been perfect so far but i've been...no i have 'felt' hungry all day! When i get like this i pull out my diet sheet, take a look and think to myself
"thats a whole lot of food there! Theres no way you can be hungry"

I stupidly stepped on scales this morning and im 66kg Up from 65.4kg friday

I'm the same right now CD - I know I'm not actually hungry, I just want food that's a bit more exciting so my body tries to convince me its hungry to fool me. I'm not giving in to my body's clever ploy though, ha!

Very true Flick, I have actually binned my bathroom sclaes and now get the old Body Fat calipered every so often!

CD, your workouts are so detailed and thorough, you must need the fuel to give your body the strength to lift some of those babies!!!!! Am actually quite intimidatedby some of you ladies reported weights, I rarely put the actual weights on my jounal!

Keep up the good work!

Ok, i just knew today was gonna be tough, especialy when i weighed myself before doing my 'moody' cardio 5:45 this morning I understand it's probably pointless doing all this cardio if i don't nail this diet. Ah, but did you only eat the nice revels and chuck the minging orange and coffee ones away? If so, it hardly counts!

C

PS - pour bleach on them - that's what I do with stuff in the bin - then no way will I attempt to get anything outta there - plus you get a clean bin - multi tasking!

It could be that now your body is getting used to getting it's fix every few hours so now it is expecting it. Also perhaps a sign of your metabolism speeding up as is intended with the little and often. I'd suggest packing more fibe veg in to fill you up and keep temtation away! But what do I know I've just eaten a fecking flapjack....PMT's?????????

Agree with Tan about the fibre - constipation not good, believe you me! I blame stopping the oatcakes myself..........(not true, feel better for binning them!)

Also make sure you're drinking enough water and it's not really thirst. I become so sensitive to this when I diet.

Everyone's always STARVING when they finish the gym so don't worry about that one... I'm always hungriest between breakfast and my next meal... And in the evenings, lots of early nights for me coming up!

Tan I think my metabolism is speeding up because im hot all the time.

Chirssie constipation not good, i can't afford to av any of that as laxatives no longer work for me due to bad habbits i picked up at dance school as a teenager

Kitty i don't drink nearly enough

Flick that is so true about early nights. When i go to bed early diet is great.

I had a very good day diet wise toaday Don't want to be to confident though so I think i'll leave posting todays diet untill im safley in my PJ's
