    Nothing.

Nothing you can purchase over the counter at least. And assuming the year in your username is your date of birth, we won't be going down that road methinks.

I suggest eating less stacked with moving around more.

Diet bud. You need to research diet. Same as what CK said.

This website has some great articles on diet and nutrition.

Agree with above its prob the case. You may be lacking energy due to you restricting calories so caffeine may come in handy mate.

You would prob get better feedback if you post up in the diet section mate.

Whats your weights & cardio routine, what i mean is whats your schedule monday-sunday, no need to list exercises?

Have you tried varying cardio, eg trying different method, eg steady state, HIIT. What cardio do you do and for how long and what intensity?

                  use the training section

Agree with mdm, unfueled HIIT and may tap into muscle as it is a strenuous type of exercise method. I would change to steady state morning cardio or add in some protein/bcaa before HIIT to prevent muscle breakdown.

I would also increase cardio to 4 days a week, eg 2 steady state sessions and 2 HIIT sessions or something to that effect, change things up you know.

its diet mate and cardio unfortunately not much that really helps. oxeylite pro is a nice thermogenic i find, its a stim too, helps but nothing majorly noticeable. again needs to be used in conjunction with lots of cardio.

                        good luck!
