New years res and all that ****e and Im trying to go jogging most mornings but after about 15 mins I have bad cramps in my calfs. Im stretching before and after, having a small amount of carbs before hand. Is there something I can rub on before I go for a jog? Or am I missing something? Cheers

Try a muscle heat rub, deep heat style should help. Foam rollers are good before and after exercise. Water, hydration, keep well hydrated. If running for mare than 45 mins drink a sports drink rather than water. Andy

Argos do um cheap enough, i think about £15, you can of course spend anywhere up to £50 on them. You can i think get differing densities of roller thought, not too sure on that though. Google foam rollers and they will pop up. Worth having a read about them. Andy
