Can I add more to my Routine?

Right I've started to do a 3 day routine rather than a 4 day as my fourth day is my cardio day and I'm training to do Mui Thai I'm on a Test prop and Winny cycle but I'm not feeling DOMS on my new Chest and Shoulders Routine. Can I add anything to it (The Back and Bis and legs one are fine) Like Cable pulls and whatever the shoulder one is where you pull up dumbells to the side. All these are done to failure and the whole routine takes me 45 mins as I hit it hard, just be nice to have more DOMS the next day. I'm on Test Prop and Winny so could I add anything? I know DOMS dont mean you've not worked out properly it could be my steroid use and diet. Anyway here's my routine Parallel dips 3 x 6-10 Incline db press 2 x 4-8 Standing bb military press 2 x 6-10 French press/skulls/JM press/lying db extensions 3 x 6-10 Push downs 1 or 2 sets 6-10 reps

DOMS mean next to nothing. If you're progressing in your lifts that is the indicator you're training is right. Are you managing increased weight, reps or both? If so, you're doing it right. If you are still worried about that particular session go back to basics before adding more volume. Is your technique and form good? Are you managing to engage the pecs when pressing? I see loads of people pressing too heavy and the shoulders and arms are doing the lions share of the work. Heavy pressing is great, but within the session you need to be squeezing the pecs through the ROM, so that at the top of the move they are tensed. Initially this will mean a drop in wieght lifted, but you'll soon get that loading back and almost certainly surpass it.
