Hi Everyone,
 
I have been following this diet and routine for a while now and was just wondering if anyone can give me some tips of what I may be doing wrong..  I would say Im getting fairly lean but im really stuggling to get rid of a little fat over my abs and a little flat on the outside of my pecs (my arm pit area).  Im trying to get a really nicely shaped chest but i can seem to get that nice lean look on the outside of my chest. My definition is there but its not proper ripped..
 
My Diet is as follows 
 
9am Breakfast : Bannana
11am Mid Morning : Peanut butter 1teaspoon from the spoon
1pm Lunch :  2 Slices of Burgen Bread with half tin tuna.
3pm Mid Afternoon snack: Handful Cashew nuts
6.30pm After Work : Gym (1.5 hours)
8pm: Maxi Milk from vending machine
8.30pm dinner : Two Salmon Fillets,  Corn on the Cob and Salad
 
I alternatate lunch every other day by adding Sliced Avacado, Red Pepper and Red Onion
 
My Routine 
Monday and Wednesday 
Treadmill Fast Jog : 10 Min
Dumbell chest Press Flat: 4 * 10 @ 28 Kg each dumbell 
Dumbell Chest Press Incline: 4*10 @ 18kg each Dumbell
Shoulder Press Machine : 4 * 10 @ 45kg
Reverse Row Machine : 4 * 10 @ 110
Lateral Pull Down Machine: 4 * 10 @ 45KG
Wire Cross Over Flies: 4 * 10 @ 27kg Each
Wire Cross Over Arm Curl: 4 * 10 @ 25 Kg Each
Bike : 12 mins
 
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

    What are your stats?
    How long have you been training/eating like this?
    Do you just train Monday & Wednesday?

      Thanks for the reply.
       
      I have training like this on and off for about 12 months..  I had a big 3 month break due to a ligament injury, but generally its 2 times a week.  I was using cyclone but stopped because i started to get stomach cramps..
       
      My stats are 34 years old, 5ft 11, 12.5 Stone..  Last BMI I did I was just over the recommended limit, but I can find the print out..

        You need to focus on getting a quality source of protein in each meal to sculpt a physique.
