Turned 40 last Friday and am looking forward to seeing what the good and the wise get upto in here

Thing is I have never been as fit or strong as I am now, & am hoping and working hard for much better.

im 42 next and i no about to be joining any 40+ club lol

once you start considering what you cant do given your age then youre limiting yourself, I train harder than 90odd% of the young lads i see in the gym and i make less fuss about it than most of them.
